QUO is actively involved in a series of projects commissioned by the Hilton brand team as they seek to adapt and amplify global level brand strategies for the APAC region.

Covering Hilton’s entire portfolio of brands, projects included luxury benchmarking and guest experience ideation, F&B lifestyle positioning, F&B full-service concepts, MICE strategies, executive lounge concepts and brand guidelines.

QUO also works with many of Hilton’s owners and developers to create hotel positioning strategies for their portfolio of collection brands, including Curio Collection, Autograph Collection and Tapestry Collection.

Following the global refresh of two of Hilton’s luxury brands, Waldorf Astoria and Conrad, the APAC brand team sought to create a more meaningful and relevant guest experience strategy aligned with the new brand personality and the needs of the luxury consumer. The objective of the APAC Luxury Product & Service Strategy was to create a memorable product and service programming spanning these two brands, as well as LXR, so each brand can drive a higher value perception amongst guests and owners alike.

In the lifestyle space, QUO has worked on brand guidelines and F&B strategies for Canopy, Motto and Tempo, ensuring each of the brands comes to life in a distinct and engaging way for the APAC market.
