At regional level, we have worked on a number of strategic projects including creating a guest experience strategy for Westin Resorts in the APAC region, whilst recent work includes an interactive destination book to support the hotel and sales teams. Utilising a portfolio of stunning photography across five destinations, QUO translated these visual assets into a user-friendly digital book, including the creation of engaging introductory copy, headers and pull-out text for each featured destination. Beyond casting a spotlight on the destination content, the PDF’s interactive feature—notably its click-through links—also facilitates the ability to access high-resolution files.
Post-COVID, we supported Marriott’s Southeast Asia team with a communications campaign to recruit and retain talent. The campaign, which consisted of a series of videos and creative applications, encouraged those with a passion for hospitality to join and grow with the Marriott family.
