In the early stages of the COVID-19 crisis, QUO collaborated with the Phuket Hotels Association (PHA) to create a tactical brand campaign in response to the crisis.
The objective was to improve the international and domestic perception of Phuket as a travel destination, to facilitate the recovery of Phuket’s tourism industry once coronavirus travel restrictions were lifted, and to build a sense of solidarity and shared identity.

After working on the concept and how we can strengthen Phuket’s branding as a destination, our strategy team came up with ‘Imagine Phuket’. It was a campaign that invited the world to dream, plan, envision and—above all—to Imagine Phuket with hope and anticipation.
