One of Thailand’s best-known wellness destinations, Chiva-Som, needed to refresh its visual identity and customer-facing marketing collateral.

They tapped QUO to provide guidance and support to refine their positioning and refresh their messaging.

SOLUTION

QUO performed a strategic review of the brand and conducted interviews with Chiva-Som leadership to understand the evolution of the brand and business.

Based on this insight, QUO developed a new set of refreshed corporate identity, tone of voice and website applications that better align with the attributes and needs of this award-winning resort.
