WHAT WE DID
With a clear mission to empower mid-level managers and rising professionals, AIHM Executive Education recognised the need to build a cohesive brand foundation, one that could authentically reflect its values and clearly articulate its difference in a saturated market.
The team had a compelling vision: to develop leaders grounded in the spirit of service. But they needed a clear voice and strategy to bring this vision to life. The challenge lay in translating their unique ethos into a compelling, structured brand platform – one capable of guiding programme development, communications and future growth.
In partnership with AIHM Executive Education, QUO delivered its inaugural Village Compass workshop, a signature brand-building session that offered a 360° view of the brand’s current state. Through our six dimensions, we identified areas of alignment and uncovered new opportunities for cultural and operational evolution.
Together, we unearthed a defining brand purpose: to enhance leadership through the lens of hospitality. This human-first philosophy now serves as the heartbeat of the programme – shaping its curriculum, culture and community. Far more than a workshop, this was a journey of discovery – a shared effort to articulate what makes AIHM truly distinct and lay the groundwork for a thriving leadership ecosystem.
“QUO’s workshop and The Village framework gave our team a chance to reflect and co-create the next chapter of the AIHM Executive Education brand. Through a thoughtful pre-workshop survey and exploration of the six cultural dimensions, we quickly aligned on key aspects of our culture and brand. Together, we imagined the future of lifelong learners and how best to engage them.”
Samantha Lauver-Marion, Director of Global Partnerships, AIHM
AIHM Executive Education now stands on a clearly defined brand foundation, positioning itself as a leadership programme rooted in hospitality, service and human connection. With a purpose to ‘enhance leadership through the hospitality lens’, it is uniquely tailored to empower professionals across service-driven industries.
“Through the Village Compass, our proprietary workshop, we guided AIHM Executive Education in exploring how their brand is lived and experienced by stakeholders. By working through the six cultural dimensions, we helped identify core strengths, uncover areas for evolution, and define a clearer path to refining their brand into a more compelling proposition for aspiring leaders.”
Catherine Edwards, Chief Growth Officer, QUO
The journey is just beginning. AIHM Executive Education is poised to evolve into a dynamic platform – one that not only equips future leaders with practical tools but also fosters a culture of empathy, innovation and continuous growth.
