Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced and creative senior UI/UX Designer to join our team! 

As an UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for researching, planning and producing sophisticated and complex user experiences and interfaces, providing the best online user experience examples within the hospitality industry. 

You will be producing interface concepts and final designs, in coordination with other staff and client technical teams and their vendors, for complex multi-layered Apps and Websites. 

You will be undertaking the full lifecycle of App and Web design, from research, competitive analysis, data analysis, qualitative and quantitative testing, wireframing, prototyping, user testing and design. 

Responsibilities:

We are looking for an experience designer with strong capabilities in the graphic web design and design of engaging user experiences. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design high standard of website, user interface and user experience.

  • Proven experience with a focus on responsive web design standards and mobile experiences

  • Develop and communicate creative and industry-leading website concepts

  • Help to identify user needs and establish designs that help users reach our clients’ business goals

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5+ years’ experience with Web, UX & UI design

  • Exceptional design skills, production value and attention to detail

  • A solid understanding of user interface design patterns, information architecture and user experience best practices.

  • An appreciation of client business goals and how to contribute design which achieve optimum conversions

  • A strong design portfolio (applications without portfolio will not be considered)

  • Understanding of HTML and web technologies are essential

  • A good working knowledge of online production

Qualifications:

Job Summary :

The Senior Technical Project Manager (STPM) is responsible for providing technical project planning, management and oversight for key internal and client digital projects, ensuring completion on-time, within scope and budget and with an extremely high quality of deliverables.

The STPM will ensure the optimum mix of cost, schedule, performance, and system supportability throughout the life cycle (research, design, development, testing and evaluation, production, deployment and support) of each project.

The STPM leads and manages web and app project and program initiatives and production application support in support of our client project needs as well as other internal product development projects.

The STPM acts as a project management technical lead and technical analysis subject matter expert and is responsible for working with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver technical solutions to App and Web based projects. The STPM manages all phases of service delivery including: user research, competitive research, data analysis, configuration and build, testing and training, and deployment of solutions and will be accountable for all aspects of project management including all project resources (including partners/subcontractors), project planning, scheduling, risk management, scope management, internal and external communications, status reporting, and resource management (internal and partners).

 

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluates complex situations using multiple sources of information filters, validates and interprets dynamic material
  • Manages and appropriately escalates: delivery impediments, risks, issues, and changes associated to the product development initiatives
  • Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams and interact with all levels

  • Maintains accurate program estimates, timelines, project plans, status reports Manages and tracks team velocity, financials, and other KPIs in relation to the plan and published progress reports
  • Possesses high level understanding in the areas of web application and mobile programming, content management systems, API, database and system design
  • Provide process improvement recommendations based on best practices and industry standards
  • Resolves conflicts by demonstrating leadership and appropriate decision-making competencies
  • Responsible for complex program management tasks and development of standards and processes for scheduling, administration, and accounting.
  • Understands, tracks and articulates issues / risks / action items; work with responsible owners to address the items on a timely basis; update the appropriate stakeholders as needed

 

Requirements:

  • 5-7+ years of Technical Project Manager experience with gradually increasing responsibilities and a demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, artifacts and tools
  • Ability to independently manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between client, client vendors, internal stakeholders and operational project team
  • An ability to drive to big picture goals and milestones while valuing and maintaining a strong attention to detail
  • An ability to quickly identify and drive to the optimal solution when presented with a series of constraints
  • Demonstrated ability in people management, strategic planning, risk management, change management, project management
  • Excellent judgment, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills

Job Summary  

 

We are seeking a WordPress superstar to build fast and beautiful websites for the world’s leading hotels and resorts. You live and breathe WordPress, building themes, plugins, shortcodes and beautiful interfaces based on expert designs produced by our UI team. You think of the user first and, importantly, you think about how our clients will use their websites as administrators and content managers, designing for simplicity. In addition to advanced WordPress developer skills, you will have the full range of traditional developer skills on the LAMP stack as well as HTML5, CSS, JS, etc.

Job Tasks & Responsibilities

 

  • Develop frontend HTML5 designs from graphical mockups (PSDs)

  • Produce frontend designs using Elementor

  • Create multi-language WP themes, including functions for the Loop, custom fields, CPT’s etc

  • Create custom shortcodes and plugins for a wide variety of purposes, from booking engine widgets, to slideshow widgets and specialist hospitality functions

  • Ensure all custom code is fully future proofed against WP core updates

  • Work on transfer of legacy sites into WordPress

  • Monitor and maintain updates to plugins and WP core on sites you develop

  • Ensure sites meet high speed scores in GTMetrix / Lighthouse for desktop and mobile

  • Build for client administration: all sites must be enabled for clients to manage all content and media in as simple a way as possible

 

Qualifications & Experience Required


  • Bachelor/Master Degree of Computer Science or Software Engineer. 

  • Good English language skills

  • At least 4 years of frontend and backend experience.

We are looking for an experienced digital project manager / producer with a strong background in managing web design & development projects, with some knowledge of online marketing, SEO and SEM, to join our team. You will be responsible for guiding web design and development project progress from start to completion and into support, while providing smart and relevant insights and recommendations to clients.

You will take charge of the project lifecycle, and the day-to-day management and smooth operation of our digital projects, including analysing client’s technical and design requirements, project planning, resource planning and management, content deployment, quality assurance and testing, site launches and monitoring. The ideal candidate should be proficient in using online tools, web applications, with core knowledge in Google analytics, marketing and advertising practicalities, and should be familiar with basic web functionality technologies such as server/hosting, and security basics.

For this position, we expect you to be tech-savvy with in-depth understanding of how technology can help clients achieve business goals. You are expected to have excellent time management skills, reliable leadership skills (for in-house and third party partners) and strong creative instincts.

As a Digital Project Manager, you should have strong communication skills in both Thai and English and be able to manage clients on your own and collaborate effectively with various internal and external production teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with international clients to understand business and marketing needs

  • Create and manage delivery of web design, web development and some marketing projects 

  • Guide projects by monitoring project progress, conducting design and implementation reviews, resolving issues and coordinating inputs from clients.

  • Assure timeliness and quality of deliverables during site design and development, testing and deployment

Qualifications & Experience:
  • 5+ years project management experience on complex website and development projects
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
  • Good command in English and Thai 
  • Always up to date with current digital knowledge and trends of the internet.
  • Hands on experience with project management software, like Smartsheet, Slack, Trello, Basecamp and able to recommend other tools.
  • Good analytical skills and problem solving ability.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of graphic design, web development workflows, implementation processes, and best practices for managing websites.
  • Experiential knowledge of SEO, SEM and Social Media best practices, industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Familiarity with Content Management systems (customised and open sources) and HTML/CSS. Experience with WordPress would be valuable
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console, WMT, GTMetrix and the optimization opportunities which result
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
